From Overwhelmed to Empowered
More than advice, we offer solutions and support to those caring for loved ones with dementia.
How It Started
My name is Gina Iuliucci, and helping families navigate dementia care is more than a profession — it’s deeply personal. With over 25 years of experience in senior care, I’ve walked alongside countless families as they faced the challenges of dementia. My journey began in music therapy and has grown to include roles as a caregiver, care coordinator, administrator of a stand-alone dementia community, and memory care director.
This wide range of experience has allowed me to understand dementia care from every angle — providing hands-on support, guiding families, leading staff, and working with management teams. Most importantly, it has given me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with people living with dementia and their loved ones.
I founded Dementia Care Solutions with one clear purpose: to support caregivers through education, guidance, and awareness. Over the years, too many family members have come to me feeling overwhelmed, fearful, and unprepared when faced with a dementia diagnosis. They didn’t know where to turn for information, how to manage the progression of the disease, or where to find resources that could help them and their loved one.
I felt called to take my years of experience and make a greater impact by creating a company dedicated to meeting caregivers where they are — offering clarity, support, and practical strategies during one of the most difficult journeys a family can face.
At Dementia Care Solutions, my mission is simple: to empower caregivers with knowledge, reduce the sense of isolation, and provide hope and confidence in caring for someone living with dementia.
